We have vacancies for a number of qualified Health Visitors to join our existing team of Health Visitors working in Peterborough.

Hours from 22.5 hours per week to full time available (for part-time posts - salary will be pro rata)

As a qualified Health Visitor, you will be working in a well-supported skill mix team to deliver a universal Healthy Child Programme targeting those with additional needs. We enjoy excellent working relationships with our partner agencies and work together to ensure families receive a seamless service. We deliver services in client’s homes, Children’s Centres and other community settings.

CPFT offers an award-winning preceptorship group for newly qualified Health Visitors, excellent training and development opportunities for all staff, regular line management, safeguarding supervision, clinical supervision and peer support. We also offer restorative supervision and have monthly Professional Development sessions to enhance your personal and professional development. We are keen to ensure that our staff have the right work-life balance.

Cambridgeshire Community Services NHS Trust and Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust are working in partnership, in doing so we are delivering excellence in Children and Young People’s Services

You must have the ability to travel and may be required to work across both Peterborough and Cambridgeshire.
