CAMEO is an award-winning CPFT Early Intervention service offering assessment, treatment and support to people aged 14 - 65 years who are experiencing symptoms of psychosis for the first time. Cameo was established in 2000 and the service has had a significant impact on the development of the Early Intervention model across the UK and internationally.
Due to substantial investment in the service we are delighted to imminently be embarking upon a significant service expansion which will see us more fully meet national targets and provide first-class NICE adherent quality of care. CAMEO Service operates across the Foundation Trust via two established bases in Cambridge and Peterborough.
As part of expanding our service we are looking to bolster the existing team management arrangements and are delighted to offer a fantastic opportunity to help lead the service through this exciting development.
This team manager post will be based in the north of the county; the team base is in Peterborough . It is a great opportunity for someone who is enthused by the Early Intervention Model to join and lead our friendly, dynamic, highly motivated and busy early intervention service. This role will be a team manager role. There will likely be scope for the post holder to undertake some limited clinical work It is essential to have either an interest in psychosis or prior experience in this field.
You will be offered professional development in the form of regular supervision on a 1:1 basis and a comprehensive induction into role. You will be one of 4 team managers across the service aiding plenty of peer support.
