We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated full time (37.5 hours per week) Project Support Officer to work with the Older Peoples and Adult Community (OPAC) transformation project team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to develop skills and knowledge in a project management environment.

This role will primarily involve providing comprehensive administrative and project support to the OPAC Transformation Project Officer (TPO) with all aspects of ongoing project work. The transformation projects have a wide and varied scope and involve working closely with clinical, administrative, management and corporate teams to promote transformation and change with quality improvement, standardisation and efficiency at their heart.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and will require excellent communication and diplomacy skills. As well as providing support to the TPO, there will be the opportunity to work autonomously using initiative and innovation to support positive project outcomes. The post holder will need to demonstrate good time management and prioritisation skills enabling them to deal with a busy workload and often working on several project streams at once. The post holder will also demonstrate a good working knowledge of trust policies and procedures, clinical systems such as SystmOne and embrace the use and promotion of new technology.
