International Recruitment Project Co-ordinator

CPFT is about to embark on a programme of International Recruitment and we are looking for an experienced recruitment or project co-ordinator to support this new initiative. The role will also support with other identified initiatives
This role will involve liaising closely with recruiting managers to provide them with support and advice relating to the international recruitment process & related policies. You will also be responsible for providing a high quality, customer-focused recruitment service to both prospective candidates from abroad, supporting them through each step of the process, welcoming to the country and supporting with pastoral care and providing a point of contact throughout the entire process.
The ideal candidate will require excellent customer services skills including written & verbal communication, detailed knowledge of MS Office packages and also have experience in dealing with competing demands. A sound knowledge of the Certificate of Sponsorship process would be advantageous.. You will also have experience of managing simple projects and be able to demonstrate a professional and personable approach.
