Practice Development Lead for Older People’s Physical Health.
We are looking for a full time (37.5 hours per week) enthusiastic, motivated and experienced Registered Nurse (RGN) to join the Older people’s, adult and community directorate to support our services as Practice Development Lead.
You will be passionate about delivering person-centred high-quality care to Older Adults, and able to lead an exciting and innovative practice development agenda. You will have experience of working with Older Adults living with physical health needs and other long-term conditions.
You will play a key role in supporting the delivery of our clinical strategy and work closely alongside colleagues in clinical services. This is a senior role and you will need to be able to demonstrate leadership skills and be able to work across different areas.
You will work closely with the Practice Development Lead for allied health professionals and Mental Health, and with the Directorate Leads. You will have the opportunity to access ongoing professional development and coaching / mentoring.

You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
