The opportunity has arisen for a full time (37.5 hours per week) Healthcare Assistant Band 2 who is enthusiastic and motivated to join our Adult inpatient team, based at Fulbourn Hospital.
Mulberry 3 is a acute recovery ward welcoming patients from the acute and forensic pathway for a period of up to 3 months.
The ideal candidate will have a commitment to team work, a sense of accountability, plus an ability to work under pressure.
We will provide the necessary support to ensure your development within your role. We are keen to support and develop our staff and encourage greater opportunities within the Trust.

In return for your commitment and enthusiasm, working within the unique Adult 3-3-3 inpatient system will give you the opportunity to practice a full range of core mental health nursing skills and to also teach, supervise and support colleagues.

We offer regular individual and group supervision and a 5-day induction on commencement in post.
