We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated full-time Band 6 Occupational Therapist. The Specialist Practitioner / Occupational Therapist role will cover our Neighbourhood Teams based in Cambridge South & North City.  You will be working within a team of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Assistants and supporting and working alongside other nursing and mental health teams.

The role includes visiting clients in their home setting and assessing for and providing equipment, adaptations and rehabilitation.

For part-time posts – salary will be pro-rata.

The ideal candidate will have a strong team work ethic, sense of accountability, accompanied by an ability to work under considerable pressure at times. This post is open to professionals with the right attributes to enhance a team.

You will be fully supported by an experienced multi-disciplinary community team, including nurses, assistants, physios and occupational therapists delivering care to patients with primarily physical disabilities in their own homes in Cambridge.  The service provides rehabilitation and housing adaptations to adults over 18 years.
